Refund policy

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

✅ Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item shows signs of open or damage
  • The return request is made after 1 day of delivery

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund (excluding delivery fee)
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to reflect

♻️ Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or altered items
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Items ordered during limited-time offers (e.g. launch discounts)

🚚 Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order number
  • We'll arrange pickup or guide you to send the item back
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund
