- Made-to-order pieces may require 1–4 additional working days depending on production schedule.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.
📦 Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.
- Cairo & Giza: usually 1–2 days
- Other cities: 3–5 days
💰 Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout or communicated during DM confirmation.
- Exact cost will be provided before confirming your order.
- Free shipping may be offered on select promotions (ex: launch offers, minimum order value).

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Egypt.
