- All products are subject to availability.
- Colors, textures, and designs may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM.
2. 💳 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in EGP (Egyptian Pounds).
- We accept cash on delivery, mobile wallet payments, and bank transfers.
- Pricing may change at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3. 📦 Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across Egypt using trusted courier services.
- Shipping times vary between 1–5 business days depending on location.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on location and are non-refundable once dispatched.
4. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

- Return requests must be made within 1 day1 of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
5. ❌ Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them, unless they’ve already been shipped or produced.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for cancellation after production has started.

- All content on this site and our social platforms, including photos, videos, logos, and designs, are the property of Rosette & Co.
- Reproduction or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

- We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except delivery partners where necessary.

- Delays or errors caused by courier companies
- Customer misuse or improper care of garments
